These terms apply to the use of the radio code service on RenaultRadioCodes.com.

Provider and scope

The provider is VANTERO TEC SL, C/. Fluvia 1, 07009 Palma de Mallorca, Spain. These terms apply to all contracts concluded via this website.

Service

From the precode you enter, we calculate the radio code for supported Renault and Dacia button radios and show it after payment. For touchscreen systems and invalid precodes no calculation is possible; in that case no paid contract is concluded.

Price and payment

The price is €5 per calculation including any statutory taxes. Payment is made via the payment provider Stripe.

Conclusion of contract and delivery

The contract is concluded upon successful payment. The calculated code is shown on the page immediately afterwards (instant digital service). The code is only displayed and not sent to you – please write it down.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

As this is an instantly provided digital service, any right of withdrawal expires once performance begins. By purchasing you consent to immediate execution and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby expires.

Warranty and liability

The calculation is performed to the best of our knowledge for the supported button radios. We accept no liability for precodes read or entered incorrectly. Otherwise we are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permitted.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
