Controller

What data we process

For the calculation: the vehicle make, model, radio type and precode you enter. For payment: the payment data processed by your payment provider. Technical: server log files (IP address, time, page requested) for operation and security.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data solely to provide the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to operate the site securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Payment processing

Payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe; we do not store any card details ourselves. Stripe's privacy terms apply additionally.

Cookies

We use a technically necessary cookie for your language choice and an anonymous cookie for reach measurement (visitor count and pages viewed). We do not store any IP address or personal data; there is no advertising tracking and no sharing with third parties.

Retention period

Inputs are processed only for the duration of the calculation and are not permanently stored against your person. Server logs are deleted after a short time unless longer retention is required for security.
